CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
This policy clearly distinguishes between the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from online legal consultation appointments and the cancellation and postponement procedures related to the Office's appointment calendar.
2. Summary Table
3. Legal Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the distance service contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, subject to the exceptions stipulated by law. It is sufficient for the withdrawal notification to be sent in writing or via a durable data storage medium.
4. Service Commencement Before the Cancellation Period Expires
The appointment date may fall within the 14-day period following the conclusion of the contract. The Regulation on Distance Contracts includes an exception for services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Therefore, a separate and explicit request/confirmation regarding the commencement of the service on the selected appointment date must be obtained on the payment screen.
5. Nature of the 24-Hour Appointment Rule
The 24-hour notice period is part of the Office's appointment policy, implemented for calendar management and to allow the appointment to be reassigned to other clients. This period does not constitute a waiver of the right of withdrawal arising from Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
6. Return Procedure
In cases where a refund is required, the amount collected will be refunded within the legally stipulated period, in a manner consistent with the payment method used for the purchase, and without any additional costs to the consumer. Card refunds are processed through the Moka/bank system; the time it takes for the bank to reflect the amount in the account may vary.
